Host standards
Vehicle listing requirements
Every vehicle on AyitiRide meets these standards. If your car qualifies, you're ready to earn — usually within 24 hours of submission.
Eligibility
- Model year
- 2007 or newer for standard vehicles; 2010 or newer for Economy/Airport category.
- Mileage
- Under 210,000 km (130,000 miles) at the time of listing.
- Title & registration
- Clean title in the host's name; salvage, rebuilt, or flood titles are not accepted.
- Vehicle type
- Passenger cars, SUVs, and light pickups. No commercial trucks, buses, or vehicles modified for off-road-only use.
Condition & maintenance
- Mechanical condition
- Fully functional engine, transmission, brakes, and steering. No leaks or warning lights.
- Air conditioning
- Working A/C is mandatory for all standard listings.
- Tires
- Matching tires with at least 4/32" tread; no cracks or bulges.
- Interior
- Clean, non-smoking, no persistent odors. No torn seats or missing trim.
Safety
- Airbags
- All factory airbags must be present and functional.
- Seat belts
- Working seat belts for every passenger position.
- Lights
- Headlights, brake lights, and turn signals all operational.
- Emergency kit
- Spare tire, jack, warning triangle, and first-aid kit onboard.
Documentation
- Registration
- Current Haitian vehicle registration matching the license plate.
- Insurance
- Proof of insurance at time of listing (AyitiRide provides trip coverage on top).
- Host ID
- Government-issued photo ID and a valid driver's license.
Photo standards
- Minimum photos
- 6 high-quality shots: front 3/4, rear 3/4, driver side, passenger side, interior front, interior rear.
- Lighting
- Daylight, exterior location, vehicle clean. No filters or heavy edits.
- Orientation
- Landscape orientation. Minimum 1600 × 1200 pixels.
Performance expectations
- Response time
- Respond to booking requests within 1 hour during 7am–9pm local time.
- Cancellation rate
- Host-initiated cancellations must stay under 5% of confirmed trips.
- Cleanliness
- Vehicle delivered vacuumed, washed, and with at least ¾ tank of fuel.
Not eligible
Vehicles with salvage/rebuilt titles, active recalls left unaddressed, missing airbags, aftermarket LPG conversions, or heavy off-road-only modifications cannot be listed. Motorcycles and scooters are handled through a separate onboarding — reach out to us.
